All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Prices may be shown inclusive or exclusive of GST depending on the product or service. Any applicable GST will be clearly displayed at checkout or on quotations.

4. Orders

Orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where:

  • A pricing error has occurred
  • Products are unavailable
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • Incorrect information has been provided

If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.

Payment must be received in full before products are dispatched unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Warranty

New products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable.

  • Improper maintenance
  • Accidental damage
  • Modifications made without approval

7. Repairs and Workshop Services

While every effort is made to complete repairs within estimated timeframes, completion dates are estimates only.

Customers authorise Turf Equipment Solutions to carry out agreed repairs and maintenance.

Additional work identified during servicing may require customer approval before proceeding.

8. Equipment Hire

Hire equipment remains the property of Turf Equipment Solutions at all times.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Safe operation
  • Correct use
  • Damage caused during hire
  • Cleaning and refuelling requirements where applicable

Additional charges may apply for damaged, lost or excessively dirty equipment.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turf Equipment Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of products, services or equipment.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Customers are entitled to remedies for major failures and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

11. Privacy
